2. What we sell

Brickstage sells build-it-yourself brick mosaic wall art kits. Each kit contains loose plastic bricks, a baseplate, and printed instructions. Assembly is required.

Product photos show the finished, assembled piece. Brick colours may vary very slightly between production batches.

3. Pre-orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders. Where a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch window is stated on the product page. Estimated dates are our best honest estimate, not a guarantee.

If a pre-order will be delayed significantly, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

6. Your right to cancel

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We also offer a longer voluntary guarantee. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All Brickstage designs, artwork, names and site content are original works owned by us. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
