2. What we sell
Brickstage sells build-it-yourself brick mosaic wall art kits. Each kit contains loose plastic bricks, a baseplate, and printed instructions. Assembly is required.
Product photos show the finished, assembled piece. Brick colours may vary very slightly between production batches.
⚠️ Choking hazard — contains small parts. Brickstage kits are collectible display pieces for adults and older teenagers, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 16. They are not designed, marketed or supplied as toys within the meaning of Directive 2009/48/EC. Keep bricks and packaging away from small children and pets.
3. Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders. Where a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch window is stated on the product page. Estimated dates are our best honest estimate, not a guarantee.
If a pre-order will be delayed significantly, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or with missing or wrong pieces, contact us and we'll put it right — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Your right to cancel
We give you 60 days from delivery to send an order back for a full refund, no reason needed. As a consumer in the EU you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our longer guarantee sits on top of and does not replace. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All Brickstage designs, artwork, names and site content are original works owned by us. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.
Brickstage is an independent brand. Our bricks are LEGO®-compatible, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the LEGO Group, nor with any film studio, production company, or rights holder. All designs are our own original creations.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
